Alliance Defense Fund attorneys filed a lawsuit against the Putnam County Library on behalf of an author whom officials denied access to a public meeting room for a discussion about a Christian book she wrote. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit granted a motion filed by the ProtectMarriage.com legal team, including attorneys with the Alliance Defense Fund, that asked the court to stay the U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker’s Aug. 4 decision in Perry v.
